This is attractive and bright third floor apartment is set in a traditional tenement in the fantastic Leith area of Edinburgh. There's a spacious double bedroom with king size bed and second bedroom with a single bed (raised on a platform).

The comfortable living & dining space is perfect for relaxing after a busy day and the kitchen is well-equipped. The flat is twenty minutes-walk from city centre (Princes Street) and 15 minutes from the Shore. Great transport links and lots to do nearby.

Good sized apartment in good location for visiting the city. We were there for the fringe and was no more than 45 mins walk to any venue. Flat has everything you need in it, and the double bed is extremely comfortable!

Great place to stay easy access into Edinburgh either on foot takes about 20min or jump on one of many busses outside takes 5 - 10min. Walk down to Leith shore about 15min away, worth a visit. Seans place was clean everything you needed, comfy beds exactly as described. Open…

Sean's place was very nice, spacious, clean, communication, check-in and out really easy and quick, and with nice bar just next door, great breakfast place across the street, bus stop right in front, but the center also walkable. All of it made our stay there really pleasant!
