Newly remodeled home in Old Southwest Reno, located 3 miles from the Reno Tahoe International Airport. Enjoy the tree lined streets and a quiet neighborhood that’s walking distance to downtown , midtown and the famous Truckee River.

PLEASE READ BEFORE CHECK IN 1250 sq feet of fully remodeled and newly furnished ! 2 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Completely stocked kitchen and large dining table and living room. Plus your own private courtyard with BBQ. Complimentary WIFI and ample parking. This unit is above another space so we please ask to remove shoes and be considerate of downstairs guests . We love the units we have in this complex and require our guests to treat them and our other guests with utmost respect . THIS HOUSE AND NEIGHBORHOOD ARE NOT MEANT FOR PARTIES ! NO exceptions
