Enjoy the Feng Shui in this turn-of-the-century Trinity, a unique Philly construct in gorgeous Northern Liberties. Historic trolleys, cabs, horse-drawn carriage rides, parks, cafes, and historic landmarks just steps from the front door. Come see!
The Trinity layout is a quintessential Philadelphia turn of the century construction style. Central spiral staircase, and each floor is its own room.
There is a patio out back with a table and chairs....
You will have an off-street parking spot right next to the place (which is SO clutch in this neighborhood!)
You can do a load of laundry if needed.
Interaction with Guests
As much or as little as you'd like. If I'm not in a rush in the morning, I'll make you coffee or tea. There are certain dates where I will be totally absent.
My neighborhood is quiet even though it's right off an arterial street (Girard Ave.) It's a vibrant, youthful, contemporary area....and close walk to just about anything you'd want to do. Plenty of 20-40 somethings who are single, and also plenty with kids! Gardens, parks, cafes all over the place.
walk to the corner and hail a cab within seconds. half mile from the MFL. Historic trolleys stop right out on 5th/Girard.
No loud partying! Quiet partying is ok :) Please leave the space as it was when you arrived. You can smoke on the patio or the stoop.
I only stayed one night with Theresa and her son but the house was lovely and the room was bright and comfortable. Her cats were very welcoming too!
We had a fantastic time. Theresa was so warm and hospitable, and her homes is simply beautiful. You're sure to have a pleasant experience. Thank you!
For me it was the first time to do Airbnb and it was definitely a good experience to stay with Theresa and her little family. Everything was very clean. Quiet nights and good coffee in the morning.
This is a great room with a great host. Theresa was very helpful and understanding of my schedule. Everything met my needs.
We were very happy to be able to stay at Teresa's place during our short visit to Philadelphia. The location is fantastic, and the room and bed were very comfortable.
Both Theresa and the room were perfect. The room (and the whole house really) were very clean and very quiet - exactly what I want when travelling.
The location was great and convenient. We were able to walk pretty much everywhere, and public transit was close for the trip back to 30th st station.
Theresa and her cats were excellent hosts too. I only wish we could've stayed a little longer to get to know them more!
Theresa was a fantastic host! Her home is warm and welcoming . It's clean and the decor is lovely and unique. The room was fantastic, with a ceiling fan, lots of windows and enough space to for my yoga mat and to hang up clothes. The bed was super comfortable — I wish I had had more time to sleep! The vanity was very handy as was the iron. Doing a load of laundry at Theresa's was quite helpful as well. The kitchen was cozy and I was able to use it any time I needed to. I loved the smells of the essential oils in the home. The back patio is lovely too. The neighborhood is great! My third time staying in NoLibs and it is easy to get around walking, using the MFL, or the bus. Nice cafes in the neighborhood and easy to get to the Piazza area. I would stay here again.
I'm a massage therapist, single mother, singer, dancer, lover of life. I can leave you to yourself or just as easily have dinner and a drink with you....I love people and I like to allow them to reveal themselves to me in their own time. My kid is 6 and super awesome/beautiful/smart and is here about half the time....so you may meet him or you may not. We have a little tuxedo Maine Coon kitty named Betty. Also, it stands to mention that I LOVE music....and play it often....
