The house offers the perfect getaway if you are looking for a summer seaside break or wanting to explore Margate's galleries and fantastic bars and restaurants in the cooler month's-Margate has so much to offer whatever the time of year!

Stylish and modern house with two bedrooms located on the first floor. Original brick wall in spacious living room, beautifully furnished with a double sofa bed, smart TV , a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a luxury bathroom with a bath and shower and heated towel rail and two beautifully furnished double bedrooms including smart TV's in each. Netflix is available on all TV’s.

Dogs
We allow medium sized dogs at our property.
We kindly ask guests to not allow their dog on the furniture or beds due to potential allergies of future guests. We also ask that any dog mess it cleaned up from the garden before you check out.
If you would like to bring a dog, please mention this upon booking as there will be an additional fee of £40 per dog (maximum of 2 dogs.)

If you require the king bed to be split into singles or use of the sofa bed, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice

Hi, I'm Lee-Ann and have lived in Thanet all my life. My husband Ade is what would be referred to as a DFL (Down From London) and moved to Thanet in 2011. Ade and I are hugely into travelling and now want to offer the wonderful service we've received throughout our globe-trotting to our guests in the local area. We like to think we are fun people! We enjoy great food and drink as well as finding new and exciting things to do-always searching for the next best place.
