Our house is located in the village center of Kastelbell Tschars in the Untervinschgau in a quiet location, an ideal holiday destination for families with children in every season. The concept is "living in nature" . Special features include two glass fronts with unrestricted views across the valley that can be opened on both sides in the basement. This makes it possible to create a pleasant climate, even with strong sunlight . Accessible as both levels have a separate entrance.

The space
Staying in the middle of nature but at the same time being protected from wind and weather was the assignment to our architects Sarah and David. The view over mountains and valley, surrounded all year round by the countryside and the change of seasons without having to sacrifice the comforts of a house.
The end result not only fascinates with modern facade design, but also scores with eco-friendly climate house-B architecture.
Through the floor-to-ceiling windows, the natural light can penetrate the interior unhindered and fill the rooms with natural brightness. The concern for prying eyes from strangers can be quickly and easily removed : there is none.
Curtains or blinds that obscure the view will be in vain.
And that's the exclusivity : by opening the sliding doors in the basement, the boundaries between inside and outside are always blurred by opening the sliding doors in the basement.
The glass house consists of basement (45sqm) with sofa bed (120x200) SatTV and a kitchenette with microwave dishwasher oven and hot plate, dining table for 4 people and shower/toilet/bidet.

Blooming orchards Chestnut forests and picturesque wine landscapes invite you to hike, enjoy and experience. Whether "sponge hunt" (porcini mushrooms and chanterelles) or "chestnut chickpeas" (Törggelen) in autumn : we know the places :-) and after that there is a mushroom risotto :-)
In the resort there are : grocery pizzeria and some restaurants with regional cuisine. The outdoor swimming pool is located opposite the town centre.
