Welcome to our Ledges condo (unit 10310). This condo is located right on the main channel with awesome views from the balcony, living room, and master bedroom

The space
Our condo is nicely decorated and equipped with everything you should need for a relaxing and enjoyable lake vacation experience. The Ledges is close to all that Osage Beach has to offer. Shopping is nearby. There are lots of restaurants to satisfy every taste. There is nightlife to satisfy most anyone.
Are you looking for a great view of the lake? You have found that view with this condo. There aren't many condos in this area of the lake with this remarkable view. The balcony has an unobstructed view of the main channel. You can also sit in the comfortable living room with the Electric Fireplace and have an equally wonderful view of the main channel. When you awake in the master bedroom, you will be able to look out of the windows and have that same magnificent view. The master bedroom has private access to the balcony.
One of the most prominent features of our condo is the balcony which overlooks the main channel. Sip a cool drink as you sit on the comfortable lounge furniture and watch the lake activities. The covered balcony provides a haven from the heat of the day and the ceiling fan generates a refreshing breeze for those afternoons and evenings. In the evening, listen to the water lapping up against the shore as you reflect on the fun activities of the day.

Master Bedroom has a King size bed with all new furniture with cable/tv. Attached is a en-suite with double sinks and tub/shower combination. The 2nd Bedroom has a Queen size bed with a set up bunk beds and cable/tv. For those additional guests we have a sofa sleeper (Queen size) in the livingroom. (New sofa sleeper and love seat on order) We also offer free wifi.

Our kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking or bbq needs. We have a gas grill on the patio. So, fire up the grill, sit and watch all the boats go by.
We supply all the paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, hand soaps, shower gels, kitchen soap & pods, laundry soap.

There is no need to worry about if you will receive the key in time for your check-in. We have a lock box which contains entrance keys for the condo. We have removed that hassle. We try to think of everything, so that all you have to do is think about the fun and relaxation you will enjoy.

BOATERS: We have multiple boat slips from 10 x 24, 12 x 30 to 14 x 40 ($20/day) Rental fee may be waived depending on your length of stay...ask me. Trailer parking is available at the Surdyke Port 20 marina located very near the Ledges. Fishing is allowed from the docks.

2 CARS PER CONDO ALLOWED -
Parking passes are required for the following Dates: Friday May 22, 2020 to September 7, 2020
There will be 2 YELLOW parking passes on the kitchen counter.
These need to be hung on the rear-view mirror of each vehicle. Any vehicles not displaying a parking pass from their rear-view mirror, WILL BE TOWED.
It will be a very busy Summer season and it is highly recommended to limit the vehicles in your group to 2 if at all possible.
Any additional vehicles need to park in the designated area located on the top, third tier parking (Near the trash dumpsters) – No yellow parking tag required in this area.
Please leave the parking passes on the kitchen counter on your departure as each cost is $100 each.
In addition to the YELLOW parking passes, I have included in the condo information tags for your vehicles that I highly recommend filling out and putting on your dash board. If for some reason there isn’t any white tags to fill out your information on the counter when you arrive, just write your unit# & telephone# on a piece of paper and put on your dashboard. If you are parked incorrectly, this way the complex has a way to get ahold of you first before TOWING your VEHICLE. If your vehicle is towed, this is at guests expense. THESE CARS MUST PARK ON THE 3rd TIER LOT!

NO OVERSIZED VEHICLES
(Effective Memorial Day through Labor Day)
NO trucks, RV’s, trailers or any other oversized vehicle requiring MORE THAN ONE parking space is allowed at the complex. Any vehicle parked in a manner that takes two parking spaces WILL BE TOWED.
This rule is in effect from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day Weekend
