This is a pretty easy going house! Please be courteous and respectful as you would as if you were in your own house. Please be respectful of the space and don't do anything like smoke cigarettes inside the house, or have a party. We love our place and respect our neighbors.

Please don't allow any unsolicited guests into the apartment building, if someone knocks for the neighbors, please wait for them to let them in.

There should be plenty of trash bags under the kitchen sink. The trash room is located in the basement of the building, when you exit the apartment there is a door to the right in the foyer, (leave the door open, but bring your key just in case the wind shuts it) take that stairway down to the bottom, turn left to the front of the building then the trash room should be on the left.

Trent's place was a good home base while in town solo for a mid-week conference. Had all the basic amenities. Central location, and close to good restaurants, cafes and bars on Divisadero.

I liked this place - it had a "lived-in" vibe that I didn't mind. Be aware that it is loud at night, we thought the window was open but the sound just carried. Not an issue for us since we are used to street noise. We ran into issues getting into the apartment - the method to get in was jammed and we couldn't reach the host for an hour. WD-40 did the trick but not sure what would have happened otherwise. Aside from that (and that we couldn't find any toilet paper) the unit was in a central area, was very spacious, and met our needs.

No frills living was fine for us, as the location for getting out and exploring the city was perfect.

Chill apartment, centrally located in SF. Trent was an excellent host, and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We recommend this place if you are looking for a low-key home base to explore all the city from.

This is good sized place in a nice location. Biggest downside was that the apartment smelled of cigarette smoke but it was a nice day so we were able to open windows to air things out. A note on parking- it's unlimited Friday evening to Monday morning which is nice but really hard to find a spot during the weekend, so plan to park and keep your car in one spot til Monday!

Trent's place is lovely and spacious, gets a lot of natural light. The photos in the listing are an accurate representation of the place. Location wise there are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance and most other places are about a $10 uber/Lyft away. Trent was really easy to deal with, we had no trouble getting into the apartment and he was always really quick to respond as with any questions we had. Would stay here again next time I am visiting SF.

I love to travel, write, cook and live life to the fullest. In turn, I enjoy meeting like minded people along the way, I hope you are one of these people and our paths cross one day!

I have a very cool studio and a gorgeous 1 bedroom in SF for rent. They are both in the same neighborhood, a couple blocks from Alamo Square situated perfectly along the Divisadero Corridor in the very trendy NOPA Neighborhood. Steps away from coffee, restaurants, shops and views of the Painted Ladies, either of these apartments will be a great place to call home in SF even for a short stay!

I have a background in International Affairs from Geoge Washington University. Im currently a bartender at a top 100 SF restaurant!
