This is a 3 bedroom, separate toilet and bath/shower.
Available all in the price is the use of a washing machine, iron, BBQ, electric stove, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, microwave, fridge, freezer and TV with DVD's available. Free WIFI, free ICE in the freezer.
There is a selection of novels to read and board games.

There is a fully paved drive way from the locked gate to the verandah.
A second double gate is available for boat or camping trailer/ caravan storage.

Other things to note
Upon arrival the electric stove and hot water at the main switch board are turned off, you will need to push up to turn power on.
The switch board is to the right of the clock in the dinning room.

Being a small town, there can be loud nights and very quiet nights.
Public phone's are East of the house next to the main D shop.
Only mobile reception is Belong or Telstra. No optus or Vodafone reception.
Free WIFI is also available, capped usage.
