Our professional cleaner completely sanitizes the cabin thoroughly between each guests arrival and departure.
It's just a short 35 minute drive to Kirkwood and Heavenly Ski resort, beautiful Lake Tahoe and award winning restaurants.

Our lodge is appointed with beautiful new furnishings, luxury linens and a gourmet kitchen. You will also love our Tommy Bahama bath amenities. Art lovers will enjoy the beautiful Native American relics and nature paintings. Markleeville is the home of the amazing Stonefly, a four star restaurant just a short walk away for the Lodge.

Our favorite restaurant is the Stonefly which is currently open Fridays and Saturdays. The Alps Haus Cafe is an amazing deli for breakfast and lunch or for just great cup of coffee. Also take in a tour of the History Museum I promise you it will not disappoint.

We have enjoyed 22 years of marriage and have 4 wonderful daughters and 5 wonderful grandchildren . We would love to assist our guests in planning private dinner parties, and small group celebrations. Also you can fish from our backyard!
