The Space

Step into this Potrero Hill gem and watch the city unfold in front of your eyes. The modest exterior conceals a three-level home with a private window onto the iconic San Francisco skyline.

From the street entrance, you'll walk a few steps down to the upper floor, which features a full kitchen, dining room, and spacious living room with stunning city views.

One level below is where the master and guest bedrooms are nestled, away from the common areas above for privacy and comfort. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a second door leading to the hallway for flexible use.

To enjoy the private garden, step out onto the deck, where the staircase will lead you down into a private, peaceful oasis. Soak in the sun or dine al fresco when the weather is too good to spend indoors.

The home is a great choice for families with separated sleeping and common areas.

The Neighborhood

Potrero is a quiet, residential neighborhood that borders right on the edge of excitement. The Design District, SOMA, and the Ballpark are a short walk or bus ride away, but you can also enjoy a quiet afternoon taking in the panoramic views in McKinley Square, four blocks away, or spend the evening in one of the local cafes, less than 10 minutes away.

Anchor Brewery, San Francisco's historic brewery with roots in the Gold Rush days, is a stone's throw from your front door and offers two free tours a day during the week, with reservations ahead of time.

Getting Around

There are two bus lines in the area that can take you all over town and CalTrain is nearby, making it easy to head south on the peninsula at a moment's notice.

Plenty of free street parking
