Dingle is one of the main stopping off points on the 'Wild Atlantic Way' . This picturesque town, was once a small fishing village. It is now one of Irelands most popular leisure destinations. Rugged scenery, history, outdoor activities, music, amazing restaurants, fantastic pubs are some of the many reasons Dingle is top of the list on most visitors itinerary. Hill walking, music, crafts, fishing, cultural, music & food festivals also make Dingle popular with Irish visitors. We also have a resident Dolphin Fungie, daily trips available all year round. The blasket Islands are a great day trip , weather permitting. Dingle is also a Gaeltacht (Irish speaking) area, with many great historical interests, including ancient remains, Gallarus Oratory to mention one. Don't miss dining in one of the many seafood restaurants, including our own. Ashes Seafood Restaurant. Stop for a pint in one of the many quirky bars, listen to some traditional music, or attend a traditional music concert in St James Church. (Yes Church).

Host took us immediately to our rooms upstairs and referred us to a cafe for breakfast, a place we liked. Ashes is in a great location. The views out the bedroom windows were enjoyable.
Great location in the centre of Dingle, easy to find and above an excellent restaurant. Good communication, quick responses. Very friendly and helpful. We will be back later in the year. Thanks.
Arrived to the bar and check in was really fast and trouble-free, room was already lovely and warm - everything clean, real comfortable beds and location was perfect. Would absolutely recommend to anybody and would stay again.
We arrived at about 7pm to Dingle, our accommodation was very easy to find and was well described on the website. We were helped to our room by the man behind the bar who very kindly helped with our bags. A girl behind from the bar gave us our key, towels, what door to use and the wifi code. All in all a good experience.
Ashes Bar is a nice enough accommodation. Clean room and quiet. Very good location I'm Dingle.
We contacted our host about our arrival time and asked about directions. We received a timely response in a welcoming tone! Our accommodation was very centrally located in Dingle which made it very easy as we were without a car. When we arrived we were warmly greeted and shown our room. The room was clean, with a wardrobe, nightstands, and extra table for our things. The en suite bathroom was also clean. The wifi was a bit weak in our room due to thick walls in an old building but we were told we were welcome to go downstairs to the bar/restaurant and use the wifi there. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We broke a glass in our room and cleaned it up but asked for a quick vacuum of the floor and the response was great, along with replacing a lightbulb. Amelia was very helpful then and with other suggestions for the town.
We were advised of a local breakfast cafe close by, as the accommodation did not include breakfast. We spoke with Noel, the bartender, who suggested places for traditional music sessions in the town. (Speaking of Noel, my husband said he had not had a better pour of Guinness in years than from Noel!) The bar has a nice feel to it, very comfortable and friendly. We decided to eat at their restaurant our first evening and it was really delicious with great service. The bar/restaurant closes mid evening so there was no noise to bother us.
Check out was also easy. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting a comfortable, well located place to stay while visiting the area.
Evrything was very good. The bar was in the middle and good to find. Also we enjoyed the food in the bar very much. The room was very clean and a good place for the nigth. Thanks again for the hosting!
