This Luxurious two story villa is adorned with art, a splash pool on site, an infinity pool steps away and located within the 5 Star Tulum Country Club in the gated TAO Community. With the purchase of a Day or evening pass, you can enjoy the amenities of the resort, its fabulous beaches, tennis courts, biking and golf. The surrounding area has ruins, dolphins, swimming with the turtles, cenotes, sailing, fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving, shopping and fabulous restaurants.

The space
Wonderful open great room with views over splash pool to golf course. Located at the white tees on the 4th hole of the gorgeous, lush Tulum Country Club golf course, the villa overlooks the cenote, waterfall and owner's own splash pool.

Kitchen has all amenities and artwork adorns the villa. High ceilings, floor to ceiling windows allow the natural beauty to abound. The infinity pool is located steps from house with BBQ as well. The Wellness Center is a short walk within the community and hosts massages, yoga, two saltwater lap pools, a gym. You may purchase a day, week or monthly pass at a very reasonable price.

Villa has 3 nicely decorated bathrooms and 4 bedrooms, two of which host double futon beds. The master has a king bed, and the guest room hosts a queen bed. Large patio for enjoying the sunny days outdoors and eating your dinner or breakfast.

Enjoy the amenities of the Tulum Country Club which you can purchase a day or evening pass or get a discount on golf, massages, etc. Ride the shuttle to the Kay Beach Club and enjoy all this beautiful place in paradise has to offer. Shop at the Hacienda for your gifts or try your luck at the Casino. Music resounds throughout the resort as do evening shows. The Casa Club also has food and drink available and delivers. There are many restaurants in the area that also deliver and we have a mercadito that provides for your grocery needs. Walk outside TAO to Otan restaurant for fabulous food and they deliver as well.

Other things to note
We now have all the amenities you would expect in a country club setting. A mercadito for your grocery needs, shuttle to the beach, Wellness Center next door with a restaurant below, and many new restaurants in the community. There are two infinity pools in the community for your use and enjoyment. The villa overlooks the 4th hole and tee boxes of a Par 5 hole on a picture perfect golf course which is host to many PGA events.

Neighborhood highlights

We are located within the 5 Star Gran Bahia Principe Resort and within the gated community of TAO located on the resort grounds. Awake to the birds singing in the morning and an enjoy the ocean breeze gently blowing off the golf course. Truly beautiful and a real sense of community within the resort. You'll meet owners and guests at the infinity pool steps from the villa. Feel free to BBQ there and enjoy the area.

I have been managing my own properties for years and this villa is home to us when we are not sharing it with guests. I love this area of the world and knew I would want to be here more often over 16 years ago. It is magical, spiritual, and has the most beautiful beaches in the world. Enjoy it as much as we do. You'll find there is never enough time to see and experience all there is to offer here but it will keep bringing you back as it has us.
