Access to Cottage 310 is via exterior stairs that lead directly to the private deck entrance. Once inside, all living spaces are conveniently on one level. Laundry access can be arranged upon request for a $35 fee.

House Rules
• Guests must be 23+ to book
• Government-issued photo ID and signed Rental Agreement required within 48 hours of booking
• Maximum 2 guests total
• No parties, events, or third-party bookings
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
• No smoking or vaping indoors or near windows
• No glitter, dye, or confetti
• Dogs allowed with prior approval ($75 per dog)
• Tampering with exterior security cameras will result in immediate cancellation without refund
• No parking on grass or street
• The driveway comfortably accommodates multiple vehicles, including trucks with boat trailers
Failure to follow house rules may result in cancellation of the reservation.
Water & Sauna Use
Old Hickory Lake access, kayaks, and the infrared sauna are available for guest enjoyment. By booking, the primary guest accepts responsibility for safe use of these amenities for themselves and their party. Life jackets must be worn when using kayaks or when near the water.
Sauna Care
Please shower before sauna use and avoid perfumes, oils, or chemical products, as infrared saunas absorb fragrances. Improper use may result in additional cleaning fees.

The protected shoreline behind Sunset Island offers calmer water ideal for kayaking, fishing, and relaxing near the lake.
Wildlife is common in this natural setting, including deer, geese, foxes, turtles, and other native species.
