Kepa’s place is absolutely gorgeous, a hidden gem within the city! Delicious restaurants within walking distance, easy parking, and beautiful neighborhood. Kepa is an outstanding host, and the garden is amazing. Loved the atmosphere and would definitely stay again!

The Garden Lookout is truly a comfortable retreat from the craziness of the city. We did not expect the quiet and comforts that Kepa has provided for each of her guests. The Garden Lookout is especially wonderful as it is very quiet and it overlooks a precious quiet garden that Kepa has created to insure that the guest have a place to relax, breathe and enjoy their stay. This is a gem in the Airbnb society. I HIGHLY recommend you stay at this surprising property, as you will rest, feel welcomed, and rejuvenate at this special place.

The description of the place was very accurate, Kepa was prompt and extremely nice and showed me around, gave me food recommendations, etc. There was a great local food guide available that she had made. The room was super comfortable, clean, and had a lot more things than I thought it would, like robes. The garden was one of the most gorgeous things I've ever seen. I was only able to hang out it in briefly, but it was so peaceful and calming that I wanted to stay for hours. I can't wait to book this place again.

Kepa's lookout and cottages is the kind of place people dream about when looking for an airbnb. It should be highlighted in a magazine and have thousands of people drool over it and require people to book 1 year in advance. Entering from the road you behold an enchanted master garden immaculately maintained with a center apple tree. Your shoulders shrug off the hustle and bustle and you relax. The neighborhood seems to get the best weather among the various micro climates in the city. One of my husband and I's favorite moments were being in the garden or walking to breakfast and coffee among the various amazing food options. Kepa is a great host. Communicative and friendly. The lookout has everything you need including brochures, thoughtful resources and nice touches. After staying in alot of airbnbs, one notices that and it is is own treasure. Most of all we enjoyed our conversations with Kepa who has a rich history with the home and garden she has built over the years. Though this review may mean more people with book, I would be remiss to be so candid even it means it will be a little harder for us to book next time we are in the city.

I've stayed with Kepa many times, she is the epitome of a super host. This was my first time staying in this unit though and, as always with Kepa, my exceptions were exceeded.

The garden is a great scenic getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. It's the best kept secret in Potrero hill! Kepa is a wonderful host!
