Only one short block off Main Street, enjoy access to entertainment without the need to drive a car. In less than a minute's walk, experience Main Street shopping, wine tasting, gourmet food, live music and more. Stay and explore historic Old Town, enjoy the Verde River, and much more.
The space
This is an extremely private, custom built, quiet home with separate access and off street parking. There is a lovely front patio with a stunning view of Mingus Mountain. Known for the Old Town Main Street District's recent revival, Cottonwood is home to 8 tasting rooms including some of the area's premier wine, a quaint shopping district, local restaurants, and evening night life.
The stunning view of Mingus Mountain is a special treat at sunset.
The Cactus Pad is uniquely positioned giving you access to a host of local fun, adventures, historic monuments, kayaking, biking, hiking and more.
Just 120 miles north of Phoenix, The Cactus Pad is in close proximity to other area attractions and communities:
