The space
This is an extremely private, custom built, quiet home with separate access and off street parking. There is a lovely front patio with a stunning view of Mingus Mountain. Known for the Old Town Main Street District's recent revival, Cottonwood is home to 8 tasting rooms including some of the area's premier wine, a quaint shopping district, local restaurants, and evening night life.
The stunning view of Mingus Mountain is a special treat at sunset.
The Cactus Pad is uniquely positioned giving you access to a host of local fun, adventures, historic monuments, kayaking, biking, hiking and more.
Just 120 miles north of Phoenix, The Cactus Pad is in close proximity to other area attractions and communities:

There are mulitple National Parks and Monuments in the area including Tuzigoot National Monument in Clarkdale, Montezuma's Well and Montezuma's Castle in Camp Verde, Wupatki National Monument and Sunset Crater Volcano National Monument in Flagstaff, Tonto National Monument in Roosevelt and many more.
