The space
670 sq ft 1 bedroom Waikiki condo with breathtaking 180 degree panoramic unobstructed ocean and marina views on the top floor of the building. A perfect viewing spot for the Friday night fireworks *Subject to change due to Covid-19

1 bedroom/1 bathroom with an easy keyless secure front door lock. A large sliding glass door in the living room with remote controlled motorized blackout shades. With an attached Juliet balcony for a perfect front row view of the ocean, beach and Friday night fireworks!

The bedroom has a large custom window seat perfect for lounging or reading with added motorized remote controlled blackout shades for sleeping. Both the bedroom and living room have an amazing unobstructed 180 degree panoramic ocean view. Both the bedroom and livingroom have central air vents useful after hot beach days.
Condo is located on the top floor of the building making the space quiet, safe and comfortable while still being close to the action of Waikiki.
The building is within walking distance to a Redbox, grocery store, and a general store, lots of activities and restaurants.

Queen size bed in bedroom, with many lush pillows for sleeping, two nightstands with lamps. Nightstands have convenient USB ports. A tall dresser for any storage needs, in addition to a closet. With a wall mounted TV including premium cable.

Suitcase holder located in the bedroom helps to unload heavy suitcases while still having access to them. Large mirrored bedroom closet has extra bathroom towels, beach towels, linens for sofa bed, wooden hangers, and lots of beach accessories to have fun! Snorkel gear, beach umbrella, beach chairs, sun tent, cooler, and boogie boards.

Large pocket door can be opened or closed to shut the bedroom off from the living room.

Upgraded queen size memory foam pull out sofa bed in living room. With two end tables, both with convenient USB ports, and coffee table. Large 65” brand new smart TV allows for watching Netflix or Hulu. There is also a Blu-ray player and premium cable. Four person dining table adjacent to couch provides easy workspace or a comfortable place to dine.

Brand new upgraded luxury vinyl plank wood flooring throughout the unit.

Brand new fully renovated and updated kitchen includes all new major full-size appliances. Beautiful countertops, and a large sink, with bar stools perfect for making a nice meal at your new home.

Kitchen is stocked with all cooking essentials needed to stay in. Pots and pans, cooking utensils, blender, toaster, rice cooker, spices, cooking oil, silverware, etc. It also features a fun coffee bar with a Keurig, all coffee amenities, even to-go cups for early adventures!

Bathroom has an upgraded tiled walk-in shower with glass panel. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap provided. An upgraded double vanity, with lighted mirrors makes it easy for multiple people to get ready for the day. Each guest will enjoy 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and, 1 washcloth. The bathroom also includes a hairdryer, straightener, curling iron, makeup remover wipes, and a makeup mirror to help get ready for the nightlife.

The building has a brand new laundry room. Machines are coinless and easy to use with an app on your phone. There is also an option to use a credit card. Instructions for use are located in the unit and the laundry room. Laundry soap, dryer sheets, laundry bag, ironing board, and iron are provided for your convenience.

The condo is a 5-10 minute walk to Duke lagoon, perfect for kids and adults of all ages, Waikiki beach, the Convention Center, Ala Moana park, Ala Moana Mall (largest outdoor mall in the United States), many restaurants, and more shopping.

The building is connected to the Modern Hotel with an amazing outdoor deck, and the Ilikai Hotel which has the best pancakes at the infamous Cinnamon's restaurant. Through a pedestrian walking bridge on the 2nd floor.

It’s also a few minutes walk to the Hilton Hawaiian Village Hotel where they have fireworks and a hula show every Friday night.

Three restaurants, Red Lobster, Outback Steakhouse, and Harbor Pub are located on the first floor of the building.

There is a parking garage connected to the building, while it is run through a separate company they give a special guest rate for $23 per 24 hours. Endless in-and-out privilege, no assigned spots.

Free parking by the beach available between 4:30am-10:30pm. There is also free street parking nearby. Please message me for more details on parking if you have questions.

The condo is a private space. I will not be stopping by unless needed. Sometimes the building workers do need to enter. This will be posted before hand in the elevators and does not happen often. You do not need to be inside the condo for them to enter.

On the 2nd floor of the building there is a walking bridge which connects the building to The Modern Hotel's outdoor deck and lounge area. A great place to hang out at!

Other things to note
Because of the restaurants on the bottom floor of the building, there is a potential for some noise pollution. Although this is rare since the unit is located on the top floor.
