A good base to tour the city, west cork, Blarney Castle and many more attractions. I promise you a lovely stay with me! I put a map with the photos of the house so you can find me easily as we are down the end of a cul de sac

Our neighbourhood has a village feel although only minutes from the city centre. In the area there are some great pubs such as the landmark Henchys Pub. Also there is a wine bar which also does good food, a delicatessen, a chemist, post office, a butcher and a Chinese restaurant. Most of the houses in our area are Victorian or Edwardian and accordingly are listed as an Area of Special Conservation.
Only 5 minutes from our house, there is a bus stop which takes you into the city centre if you do not want to walk the short distance! There is also a train station 10 minutes away which takes you to areas such a Cobh and Midleton, and has connections nationwide. One can get from the airport to our home by bus to the city centre or a taxi which would cost between 15 and 20 euro. Off street parking is also available at our home in our driveway.

Fiona was a very friendly and helpful host and we had a nice stay in her Bed and Breakfast. The Neighbourhood is quiet a bit uphill from the city centre with a nice view.
I had a wonderful stay; the room was comfortable and Fiona was a great host. The house offers a great view of the city and it's a short walk downhill to the city center. Highly recommend staying with Fiona for a pleasant visit to Cork.
Fiona was the perfect host! She made sure we were comfortable and helped us find a place to eat. In the morning she served us breakfast with her homemade jam (which is delicious). The view from the room is amazing.
A really great first Airbnb experience. Lovely host, a brilliant view of the city from our cosy room and gorgeous scrambled eggs to top it off. Thanks a million!
