- Please note: there is no garage. There is a small carport at the end of a short, steep driveway that slopes down from the street. During winter, an AWD or 4WD vehicle is highly recommended. Chains are a MUST if your vehicle is not AWD or 4WD. Driveway will be plowed, but you should expect snow and ice. Parking backwards will create the best traction.

The downstairs sleeping area hosts a queen-size bed. Upstairs, there are two twin beds in the loft. The downstairs full bath has a single sink, shower, and tub for the ultimate in relaxation.
Just outside the living space on the ground floor is the quaint deck and fenced-in backyard.
Pets: 1 dog allowed with pre-approval (up to 35lbs), additional fee required. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s).

- This home has comfortable sleeping and dining for up to 4 (including children) and 2 if a group of all adults.
- You must be 25 years of age or older to book this home. The person booking this home must be one of the guests during the entire stay.
- The City of South Lake Tahoe Vacation Rental Ordinance mandates quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and are strictly enforced.
- The maximum number of cars allowed at this home is 2, there is no street parking.
- Exceeding occupancy, parking, or violating the quiet hours will result in eviction and fines of $2000 or more.
- Check out time is 10:00am, you will be charged an additional fee if you do not vacate the home by this time. (See our Rental Agreement for specifics on charges).
- Pets: 1 dog up to 35 lbs are allowed in this home with pre-approval and payment of pet fee (no other pets/animals allowed in the home). Dogs must never be allowed in bedrooms or on any furniture.
