Come enjoy a relaxing getaway at this charming 2 bedroom condo at Woodson Bend. Sitting on the 8th green, this condo offers access to all the community amenities of tennis & pickle ball courts, golf, and playgrounds. As you walk into the condo with just a one step entrance, you are greeted with the open floor plan of the living room, dining room, kitchen & sun room. The master bedroom (king) has an adjoining luxurious en suite. The TV's have Roku's attached. A gas grill is also available.

The space
While at the resort you can enjoy a great 18-hole golf course designed by Lee Trevino and Dave Bennett. There’s a beautiful three mile walk or run around the resort. There are also marinas nearby to launch your boat. You can enjoy basketball, sand volleyball, tennis courts, swings, and playgrounds which are available for your enjoyment.
