Enjoy unobstructed vast march views and low country charm in our one bedroom corner villa. It has been freshly painted and redecorated in Spring of 2019. Fresh linens and new furnishings create a comfy home for you to take in the stunning views and get away from it all. The generous deck and wall of windows gives you front row viewing to nature's show. Across the street from prime beach access and walking trails. 30 minutes to historic Beaufort. Bikes and beach chairs included.

The space
Our two story home offers living room with great view, full kitchen, dining, gas grill, and 2 full bathrooms. A spiral staircase leads you to a large loft master suite with a king sized bed and second full bath. All linens and bath towels are provided. There are 32 beach access points and the closest one to our home is only a short 3 minute walk.

The house comes with a golf cart and resort passes to Fripp Island Resort. Resort passes MUST be purchased at time of booking.

The kitchen provides all you need to dine in and cook fantastic local seafood and produce. We have a Keurig as well as a traditional coffee pot. All appliances are supplied as well as ample supply of new dishes. Cable TV and Internet are of course included. New 43" Smart TV, DVD player, and Roku stick for streaming your favorite movies. Collection of 130 DVDs to choose from. Full size washer and dryer.

Please note that the house has a golf cart for you to use that is provided during your stay. However, amenity cards are NOT provided and cannot be purchased. We aren't members of the country club/resort and don't have amenity cards for ourselves and therefore can't extend cards to guests. Without amenity cards you will not have access to the pools, golf courses, restaurants, and rental facility that are affiliated with the private country club.

We have a 3 night minimum and you must be 22 years of age to rent.

All will enjoy the central location to beach access that is a quick and easy stroll or use our supplied bikes. Deer are abundant as Fripp is a certified Community Wildlife Habitat. You are sure to experience spectacular birds, flora and fauna, as well as an occasional sunbathing alligator. The island is filled with secret spots to observe and explore island salt life. The non-commercial charm is a special experience that we always want to come home to. We hope you will feel the same!
