The Enchanted TreeHouse Venice Vacation Rental has been referred to many times as a boutique hotel style experience !!
Affectionately named the TreeHouse, this stunning house with loft stands three stories tall, boasting expansive views of the Santa Monica Mountains and the famous Hollywood sign from the rooftop deck. Its located just two blocks from gourmet restaurants and trendy shops on Abbot Kinney Blvd,'the hottest street in America" as quoted in GQ.With a short walk to the Pacific Ocean.
The TreeHouse offers a creative setting for families, groups, and corporations looking to experience something beyond your typical hotel stay. It is the perfect place to tap into your innate creativity and allow brilliant new ideas to flow.
Restored craftsman windows and rich hardwood floors dance throughout the space. Imported Italian glass tiles lay the groundwork for a fully equipped kitchen. Four large skylights and large wood beams confidently hold the entire composition in place. The house sleeps four comfortably and can accommodate up to six. Egyptian cotton linens and luxurious goose down pillows adorn the beds.
The enchanted garden below holds many quiet secrets; a trickling waterfall, fruit trees, strawberries, a fresh herb garden, bunnies, and a large garden daybed perfect for quiet afternoon naps.

situated on the property with the front house that is a one hundred year old craftsman, the TreeHouse is a new structure that integrates the charm of the older house by using reclaimed craftsman windows, lots of french doors, a clawfoot bath tub and lovely (handmade by me, really) wooden floors and marries it with a modern clean-lined touch of Italian crushed glass counter tops, state of the art electronics and a feeling of zen. stay here and you will agree it is enchanted.

"My MIL just stayed at Tracy's for 6 weeks. It is such an amazingly beautiful place - she really thought of every detail to make your stay comfortable. Really - the pictures don't do it justice. Not only is it comfortable and roomy and luxurious, but it is really peaceful and warm too. We had such a great time there. (Thank you Tracy)" EmilyP
once you are booked please review the house manual. it is short. just to know some details. thx
Moments on the rooftops of Paris
On the verandas of Tennessee Williams
Through the alleyways of New York
And the crashing waves of Venice
From house to house without too much fight
Our love passes
With spice and song and laughter
We create within ourselves this art called life
And drink together after
For years we watch, we trade, we cry
We hang out at Billy's
While their world passes by
Our romance intense
The story a steamy one
All on the breeze of a palm tree
Sinking in the ocean with the sun
Should you come to one of our parties
Be you lucky enough to attend
Our special neighborhood
With subtle obscenities
Secretly with the smell of dinner and music
Then you may end up staying
A long while, i may add
And soon it will become difficult to leave this place
Has your heart
Such an excuse
We just returned from a fabulous 2-night stay at the aptly named "Treehouse". The owner, Tracy, could not have been more gracious and accommodating to our group: 2 couples plus kids. The property is gorgeous, very well maintained, and the garden is beautifully intimate, reflecting the owner's artistic aesthetic (ours too!). Beds were very comfortable, linens and towels ample and the decor inspired us to add more personal, artistic touches to our own homes. The boys could not get enough of Tracy's menagerie of tiny animals. And the location is exactly what we were looking for. A block and a half from Abbot Kinney Blvd, a 10-minute walk to the beach. If you want to explore Venice mostly on foot or by bicycle, this is the place for you. We will definitely be back!!

Your place is truly my "coup de coeur" as we say in french. If I were to live in California 6 months a year, I would most certainly choose a lovely neighbourhood like yours... Jo-Anne R 2/5/12

The Enchanted TreeHouse lives up to it's name. Had such a great stay and was sad to leave. Thanks for a fantastic stay!
My stay at Tracy's Treehouse was awesome :) This building is fantastic, so much space and fun to explore. The rooftop deck is a real treat, as is the gas fireplace. The house is in a quiet area and a very short walk to restaurants etc on Abbot Kinney, and not far from the sights of the Venice beach front. Tracy was a terrific host and very helpful with details and my late arrival, and helping with anything I needed during my stay. She's such a positive person, a real pleasure to meet. Thanks so much! :)
I liove staying in Tracy's Treehouse. I come to LA a lot on business and even with my family. The Treehouse is the best thing going in Venice- mbira nice, convenience and easy living with everything I need. Never a problem with parking either. Tracy is generous and available. I will ways return and recommend everyone to come there for their home away from home. And there are bicycles too! A magical place to be. Thank you Tracy!
Tracy was a great host and her house is in an excellent location. It is also very nicely put together and you instantly feel at home. Thanks for hosting us!
Her place is magical. Her artistic touch makes it an artistic paradise. Neighborhood is safe and great. Parking was easy any time. Beds were comfy. Her pets were fun for the kids. She was very welcoming and her outside firepit was awesome. House was amazing. Yard and waterfall was amazing. In one word...sanctuary...
Tracy was a great host. She has a beautiful place on a great, safe, easy to park street. There was a bit of a mix up in terms of check in but Tracy offered to give us two massages (we didn't end up taking) in an effort to make everyone happy. I appreciated that. She has a beautiful garden that we really enjoyed lounging in, and we had a great girls weekend there complete with a pasta making cooking class and dinner party. A great time, beautiful place, and one block from Abbott Kinney that has great bars and restaurants.
This is a back house sharing a courtyard and garden with Tracy'a home. It is quiet, charming, eclectic, and totally Venice. I had a small gathering of people come by for my birthday and Tracy completely facilitated our experience. She even lit the firepit for us to enjoy. Our intention was to go to Abbott Kinney after a while but everyone ended up staying around. Ideal for animal lovers. There was no grill, but we brought our own!
With Tracy the whole process has been smooth and easy.
The house is really nice, and very well located close to Abbot Kinney Blvd.
Additionally, Parking in the area is not an issue at all.
Tracy's appartement is very charming and the rooftop terrace is a must! Tracy was very obliging with us even though we arrived later than expected due to our long road from SF. We would advise the enchanting treehouse with out any hesitation!
Tracy was a great host. Our stay was the highlight of our holiday: the house is wonderful; the bed linen soft and the roof patio a treat. The area is fabulous: full of interest; friendly; good food and superb beach. Both my teenage daughter and I want to come back to live here!
