Stay South of Broad in a 100yrs old home but with all modern amenities and off street parking!
The condo is on the first floor of a Duplex, and has been outfitted with high end fixtures and designer finishes. With 2000 sq feet of living space, and an attached private porch, it's Charleston luxury at its finest! The flat was gut renovated in 2016, and currently touts a modern chef's kitchen, and two divine bathrooms.

My tenants come back year after year!!

The space
The Condo has 2 Bedrooms: Master bedroom, with en-suite bath, and a second bedroom. The Parlour room can be used as a 3rd bedroom, with a pull out aero-bed, and the farm door for privacy.

The Chef's Kitchen is newly renovated with a marble island , farm sink, chef’s range, Kitchen Aid refrigerator and Bosch dishwasher. The great room is open architecture with a sitting area, Restoration Hardware farm table, and Chef’s Kitchen. Great open space to spend time with friends and family!

The Master Suite is truly luxurious, the bedroom offers a brand new King Upholstered Bed (iComfort Serta) with comfortable bedding. The spacious master bathroom offers his and her sinks and a walk in marble shower. The shower is outfitted with both a rain shower and hand held shower head.

The Second "Main" bedroom shows off some of the charm of the location, with an antique bedroom set and Charleston artwork. The main bedroom offers a Queen Bed (iComfort Serta), and access to the circular porch.

The Parlor room is rich with color, you’ll find Benjamin Moore Alligator Alley on the walls. The Parlor is a more comfortable lounging room with an Arhaus pull out aero-bed couch and oversized leather ottoman. This room also coverts into a 3rd bedroom with an external closet, and pull out aero-bed. There is a farm door which gives you privacy and also adds to the charm.

The Laundry room is also fully outfitted with stacked washer and dryer. Here you can find bath towels, beach towels, extra pillows and comforters, iron and steamer. This room is also outfitted with an antique farm door.

The main bathroom is extremely spacious and also offers his and her sinks and a walk in shower. In Charleston theme, the walls and trim are shades of Benjamin Moore, Comet Blue, and the finishes antique brass.

The home is popular on carriage tours which adds to the charm as you enjoy the large circular screened in porch for cocktails before dining at one of the best restaurants in Charleston.
