The space
Step into a welcoming entrance hall featuring a striking live wall beneath a glass skylight, leading into a spacious open-plan living area and courtyard. The lounge offers large, comfortable seating and a smart TV—perfect for relaxed evenings.

The modern kitchen features high-end finishes and is fully equipped with premium appliances, including three Miele ovens. A large central island with breakfast seating overlooks the courtyard, creating an easy indoor-outdoor flow.

Glass sliding doors open onto a generous private courtyard with a raised swimming pool (with gated stair access), built-in braai, ample seating, sun loungers, and a movable umbrella—ideal for entertaining or soaking up the sun.

All three bedrooms are en-suite and air-conditioned.
The main bedroom offers an extra-length king-size bed, sliding doors with views of Lion’s Head, and a luxurious bathroom with a freestanding bath and walk-in shower.
The second bedroom (king-size) overlooks the pool and courtyard, while the third bedroom (extra-length queen) is filled with natural light from a skylit outdoor area.

High-speed fibre WiFi is available throughout.

The home is located in a quiet, secure neighbourhood and is fitted with electric fencing and security beams for peace of mind. An inverter ensures uninterrupted power for lights, WiFi, and TVs during load shedding.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home: Private pool, outdoor barbeque area, WIFI throughout the house.

There is secure underground parking for guests.

Camps Bay is such a beautiful and central place to explore Cape Town from (just a 10 min drive into the city) whilst still being out of the hustle and bustle of the city. It is the perfect place to live with so much natural beauty and unique views of both the ocean and the mountains. The house is located one road away from Glen and Camps Bay beach, restaurants and shops. The neighbourhood is extremely safe and quiet.
