Pool
This is one of a few places in the area that has this feature.
We love our light, bright, 3 bedroom home and how close it is to the beach (3 minute drive) and the city (1hr 15 mins drive). Mt Martha has plenty of cute coffee shops, restaurants and gift shops as well as a supermarket. Mornington (10 minute drive) has a cinema and plenty more shops/bars/restaurants. We're 15 minutes from wineries and charming Red Hill, and close to stunning coastal scenery. It's a great place to explore!

The space
This is our permanent home, but we will be away swimming with whale sharks and so it is available!

Location

Mount Martha, Victoria, Australia

There are lots of good coffee shops - South Beach Project is a relaxed, casual coffee/breakfast/lunch space - 2 mins down the road. From there, cross the road to the beach and you might be lucky enough to spot a seal or a dolphin. You'll definitely see the iconic, brightly coloured beach boxes. The Wednesday produce market in Mornington is great - try the artisan beetroot bread. Or you can drive 15 mins to one of the many spectacular wineries of the area. 30 mins away is Point Leo Estate, which has great food but also a fabulous sculpture park. Also 30 mins away you can take the ferry from Sorrento to historic Queenscliff and poke around the antique shops, or take a ferry from Stony Point to French Island (lots of koalas there) and Phillip Island. My favourite bushwalk is from Boneo Road to Bushrangers Bay - stunning scenery and you usually see plenty of kangaroos on the way.
Back in Mt Martha the surf lifesaving club runs a kiosk with good food and coffee on the beach in the summer months, in the winter I suggest going upstairs to Mr Curtis where you can get the sea view but stay cozy.
