1/2 Block from the Sand & Venice Boardwalk. Beautiful decor + Super Hi-Speed WiFi for the best remote working experience in this ground floor 3 Bedroom 2 Bath home w/ Fireplace, Washer, Dryer, + full kitchen. Beach living, also walking distance to Abbot Kinney Blvd. Enjoy the Cali indoor/outdoor living in the sunny Private Patio w/ Lounge seating, umbrella & BBQ; it's a "second living room", complete w/ outdoor lighting & beautiful landscaping.

The space
This is a walk street in Venice and is almost as close as you can get to the beach without actually being on the boardwalk. This property has the perfect combination; it's close to the sand, but also has peace & quiet. Another advantage of this property is it's proximity to Santa Monica; which is a few streets away. You are also very close to Abbot Kinney, (walking or biking distance) labeled by LA Magazine as "LA's Hippest street". I have many great restaurant suggestions for Abbot Kinney and it's where you will find unique to Venice boutiques, shops, and galleries This lucky property has it's own private designated parking, which is quite rare. It also has a washer and dryer inside the unit. You have a private, fenced, patio that has lovely outdoor furniture, it's perfect for those lovely SoCal evenings. This is the lower unit in a two-unit building, your master bedroom opens right out to the sunny, gated private patio that is perfectly appointed with patio furniture, umbrella, and BBQ, providing a very nice indoor/outdoor living kind of vibe; very California! The colorful native plantings and succulents complete the setting.

There is so much that's unique about Venice- where to start! Well there's Venice Beach & the Boardwalk. Remember Baywatch? This is where they filmed it, along with many other movies. In fact, you may see them filming the TV series "Goliath" filming from time to time at the end of our street; one of the main characters "lives" here.
A special treat to this neighborhood is Abbot Kinney Blvd, where unique Cali boutiques have popped up, along with some amazing restaurants; several of which are listed as best places to eat in LA. In addition, Venice is right between Santa Monica and Marina Del Rey which have much to offer. In Santa Monica you have the Santa Monica Pier with rides and games for kids, restaurants and the famous Carousel where the movie The Sting was filmed with Paul Newman and Robert Redford. Also free concerts at the In addition, Santa Monica offers some amazing shopping venues with the Third Street Promenade and Santa Monica Place. There are also some lovely hikes in the Santa Monica mountains; one of my favorites being Los Liones which gives an astounding panoramic view called the "Queen's Necklace" showing the gorgeous coastline from Pacific Palisades to Palos Verdes. Marina Del Rey, on the other side of Venice (south) offers so much as well. There are free concerts in the park, harbor cruises, closest large scale grocery store, and Costco is nearby as well.

I love this neighborhood; if you have to live in LA you might as well be living near the beach! I will always try to be responsive and helpful to guests and love the idea of sharing this incredible neighborhood with the world, while trying to keep the charming ambiance low key and peaceful for the local inhabitants. Venice is a one of a kind place, most of LA doesn't even know they exist. This place appeals to people (and families) who desire a gorgeous, charming, peaceful, and unique place to stay while they are in LA (that's still a much better deal than a hotel room). I don't want to appeal to people who are here to party. For those types of events- no offense, but please find other accommodations. I have several friends who also rent places nearby and I'm happy to refer you to AMAZING rentals for that type of experience. Happy Hunting and Safe Travels!
