Large, bright and cozy apartment (40 sqm), with living room, separate kitchen, modern shower room with window and greenery around it. The small apartment with separate entrance has large windows and is located in south-east orientation. In front of the apartment is a small separated lawn, which is shielded by an old hedge.

The space
The apartment is connected to our completely modernized house from the 60s. The bedroom is completely darkened by electric shutters.

Other things to note
We live with our three children (two boys and a girl) and our dog Lui right next door.

We live in a quiet residential area mixed with administrative buildings. As a result, it is very quiet from 16:00 clock. The house is located near the Nordpark and Germania Campus. A REWE market and a gas station are within walking distance.
