The entire house floor is covered in new Luxury Vinyl Plank, making it easy to clean and very good for those with allergies. Pets are not allowed, and furnace filter is changed regularly. The wood blinds allow good light blocking, and the birds chirping in the back yard is a nice sound to wake up to.
