Hi Johanna,

So sorry you were cold! Yes it's tough with those ancient factory windows, especially with the week we're having! We can adjust the thermostat and the room has a radiator and also 2 additional electric heaters. I had no idea you were uncomfortable or I would have whacked it all up and you could have been roasting! I hope your visit wasn't compromised because of it.

Bonjour Laure,

Je suis désolé qu'il n'a pas assez de stockage pour vous dans la salle. Il est plus facile quand le deuxième lit n'est pas là, mais pour 4 personnes, il devient plus étroit. Nous allons essayer de penser, de meilleures options pour les futurs clients et nous, Merci pour vos suggestions.

Il est vrai que notre appartement n'est pas au centre des régions touristiques, mais tel qu'il est seulement un arrêt de train de la Banque, qui est au cœur de la ville, nous avons profiter de la proximité sans tout le bruit et les ennuis. J'espère que vous avez trouvé les nombreux liens de transport utile pour atteindre tous les endroits merveilleux que Londres avait à offrir.

Encore une fois, nous avons vraiment apprécié votre compagnie ! :)
