Cozy luxury villa that has all the comfort you could possibly want to experience Iceland in the most comfortable and luxurious way, with great road connections to the stunning Icelandic nature. The house is perfectly placed to enjoy the nature, whether you are looking to hike, fish, golf or go for romantic walks. Staying here, you are close to the „Golden Circle“ route and perfectly placed for enjoying daytours to other popular tourist attractions in the south of Iceland.
The space
This 115 m2, four bedroomed single level house is highly luxurious with all the comfort you could need for the perfect stay in Iceland. We recommend our outdoor hot tub and panorama sauna, enabling you to experience Iceland like a true native, known for their love of sitting in their hot tubs in all wathers. If you are lucky enough you might even catch a glimpse of the Northern lights and you certainly enjoy the 24 hours of daylight in summer.
Includes all modern day amenities:
Four medium-size bedrooms containing comfortable beds plus two bathrooms with walk in showers.
Betdroom 1: Master bedroom „suite“ possessing queen size beds (160cm) with en suite bathroom. Bedrooms 2&3 both have queen size beds (160cm) while bedroom 4 has a double bed (140cm). TV and fire-place for an extra romantic and cozy atmosphere. From the living room there is direct access to a large terrace where you can enjoy the hot tub.
We have a fully- equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line interior design, including an integrated oven, microwave and dishwasher.
There is also a loaundry room with a washing machine and dryer. Central heating and ice maker is also available. The villa is ideal for families or friends who just want to relax and enjoy the best of what Iceland has to offer in it´s nature and in great comfort.

Árnessýslu, Selfoss, Iceland
This luxury villa is located in the southern region of Iceland, within the beautiful countyside of Grimsnes at only 90 minutes from Keflavik international Airport and only 45 minutes from Reykjavik city centre. It offers easy access to the nearby town of Selfoss (only 10 minutes drive) away for all basic services. There are three golf courses in the near vicinity and the property is perfectly placed for accessing all of the most popular tourist attractions in the area. The most popular excursions within easy access of the area are The Golden Circle, Gullfoss waterfalls, The Geysir. Kerið geothermal area, Þingvellir (Thingvellir) National Park, Laugarvatn lake not to mention other equaly interesting sights. Despite being so beautifully situated in the stunning Icelandic countryside. It is still only a 10 minute drive from the house to the naturally heated swimming pool at Sundlaugin Borg, which is an experience not to be missed when exploring Iceland.
