The house is located in the heart of the medieval city, in a quiet and quaint street near the church of San Just, strategically located between the city, the port of Barceloneta, the Born and the Ramblas. All the services you need are very close to the house.
Public transportation is very good. Close to the subway station of Jaume I (Yellow line, L-4) and the bus stop of Via Laietana. Not far from the subway stations of Drassanes and Liceu (green line, L-3) and the subway, taxi and bus stops of the square of Plaza de Catalunya.

The location is great, right in the Barrio Gotico, 3 min walk to Jaume I metro station on yellow line, you can walk to the beach, to Las Ramblas, to Plaza Universitat, El Raval, all the best area of the city.
The room is very small, you have to open your suitcase outside of it but if you keep your things neat it's fine.
The house is clean, wifi works well. Breakfast is ok.
All in all it was a good experience. The hosts are nice but not the friendliest, if you are expecting to make new friends I wouldn't suggest this accommodation.
Miriam and Koldo are friendly and helpful, I can learn more about Barcelona from them, it's nice to have someone who knows the city to share some other sides of the city. The flat is located in the old Gothic Quarter, the area is calm and cosy. It is a clean and lovely home and I enjoyed my stay a lot. The flat is located close to the old catheral, the Picasso Museum...making it quite convenient to explore the city. I would recommend for someone who wants to have a convenient but calm location for a short stay.
I enjoyed my stay very much. The room was comfortable and cosy and I was given fresh towels and the use of a nice big bathroom. Breakfast was laid out for me in the morning which was perfectly pleasant. The area is very good for exploring Barcelona, I liked the close proximity to the old town and beach. Lots of nice places to eat nearby too. Miriam recommended bodega vasconia on my first night which had great tapas. Great place to stay on a short trip.
Very nice people, and very easy going. Small space but works well if your passing through
A nice apartment located on a peaceful street in a charming neighbourhood. Within walking distances to Placa de Catalunya, Barceloneta, El Ravel and El Born.Koldo and Miriam are kind and Koldo plays Baroque pieces on the piano very well. It was a pleasant stay.
This flat is located in the Gotic neighborhood which is the centre of the old city in Barcelona. The buildings that surround are stunning and many of them date back to the Medieval times. The hosts Miriam and Koldo were very welcoming upon my arrival. I had a delay in my travels which caused me to arrive after 21:00 and they were very understanding and accommodated my requests. You might even get the chance to hear Koldo play piano and I assure you he is quite good. Miriam was very kind and had made pastries for breakfast. The flat is quite cosy the only downfall was the room was a little small. It didn't really bother me at all seeing as though I was by myself. All in all this b&b is located in a beautiful area only 5 minutes walk to las Ramblas. I highly recommend this b&b for anyone interested!
Great people, both are very discreet and helpful. The location and the apartment are great. I recommend.

I'm an arquitect and a liberal person. I like to travel by bike through Spain. I also like music and cooking. I think that each one must look for it's own way in life. We've not roots but legs for walking.
