Check In
  • It was great. The space is open, well furnished, and in a beautiful managed community. Very quiet. There's a solarium at the back that looks out over a small pond, and the patio. 2 miles of walking trails. The garage was nice. The place is clean, has cable, HBO, Showtime, and a wireless internet. Sue is an excellent host. She was pleasant to deal with and quick to respond to any request. I recommend it.

  • My husband and I rented this home for a month. It was a wonderful place to stay while my husband was a patient at University Hospital (about a 15 min. drive). I really appreciated the use of the garage with garage door opener and extra parking for our visitors. Our kids (ages 16 -30) also had a nice place to come stay while visiting their dad. Sue even brought us an additional air mattress and bedding for family members to sleep over.

This home has a beautiful full kitchen that allowed us to prepare meals easily. Dishes and cooking supplies are provided. (The only thing I missed in the kitchen was a disposal , a strainere, and my favorite knives). The grounds are lovely with a paved path for us to walk while husband recuperated at the property ; twice around allowed me to get in a 5k and stretch my legs before heading out to the hospital and a day of sitting.

Sue set us up with breakfast items in fridge, coffee, tea, wine and flowers. Very hospitable hostess! For other needs, there are numerous places close by to pick up whatever you may need.

This property was very affordable, met our needs, and I highly recommend staying here. We would love to come back to stay to enjoy Indy in the future. Thank you, Sue!

  • Great location. Kitchen was beautiful but needed a garbage disposal. Plenty of space.
