Come stay near the beach and dunes in Grover Beach. This well appointed 2 bedroom one bath apartment is nicely furnished with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The Oceano Dunes Natural Preserve is less than one mile away, and the famous Pismo Beach Pier is less than 3 miles away. San Luis Obispo is a short and scenic 15 minute drive North. We take pride in ownership of this property.

*This is NOT a party house. NO smoking and NO loud noise/music will be allowed.

The space
This comfortable and quiet apartment comes with 2 lovely Tuft & Needle queen size beds and a very well-stocked kitchen allowing you the option of cooking in. Amenities include a coffee grinder, coffee maker (coffee beans provided or bring your own favorite coffee), all new appliances, condiments, and other incidentals. A Pack N Play is available for families who need it. The living room has a 4k LCD TV with built in ROKU, includes Netflix, Hulu, and many others.

The apartment is located on the second floor. Once inside of the apartment, entire floor plan is single level.

Storage garages located below the unit are not used for parking.

The complimentary laundry room on-site includes 2 washers and 2 dryers.

Only One parking space is provided per unit. Additional vehicles may park on Mentone Ave.

Our caretakers also live in the complex . Quiet and respectful living is expected from all.

This unit is for 4 adults MAXIMUM. If extra people are brought in an EXTRA charge of $100/person/night fee will be strictly enforced. No visitors are allowed, without prior approval.

Our units are NOT APPROPRIATE FOR ANIMALS. WE STRONGLY SUGGEST FINDING ANOTHER SPACE IF YOU WANT TO BRING ANIMALS.

You will be staying in a local, residential neighborhood close to the beach, shopping, coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. The apartment is on a semi-busy street (4th Street). Across 4th Street are train tracks with usually 2 trains during the day passing through. Train and road noise can be heard when windows are open but are not bothersome with windows closed. Please consider this when booking this location.
