Open 1st floor allows bay & ocean breezes to flow through. Grill deck. Fenced in yards. Bikes, paddleboard, kayak and beach equipment. 6 badges included. Books & boardgames. Screened 2nd Floor Porch overlooking Bay (can hear waves lapping). Pets welcome. Pool house with Pong table & bathroom.
