Close to it all! You’ll never want to leave this newly renovated Modern Farmhouse. Fall in love with the dual master suites, a spacious kitchen for cooking, open living areas, and a cozy wood-burning fireplace. The home has an office space for work and a washer/dryer to stay on top of laundry. Out back, enjoy the pool, BBQ, and firepit for fun gatherings. POOL IS NOT HEATED. WE LOVE PETS!

Three bedrooms have smart TVs with Netflix, and two have private bathrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials for cooking. Bathrooms are supplied with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and other helpful items to make your stay easy and enjoyable.

The house has all the charm Tuscon has to offer! Just a short distance from amazing local restaurants and bars, and is walking distance to Tucson's famous bike trail called The Loop. You and your guests will have plenty to do during your stay here! Great shopping is nearby as well, including a Sprouts, French bakery (with the best sourdough in Tucson), La Mesa Tortilla Factory (with the best tortillas in Tucson), and of course some amazing local coffee shops for you to enjoy! It's a 15 min drive to the University of Arizona and a short distance from many other attractions! We look forward to hosting you!
