Great for the price, very convenient location, Karen was very communicative and let us park for free in her driveway! Downsides: It's a basement apartment with very low ceilings (not great if you are around 6ft tall) and there were rats that ate our food. Karen was on it right …

Response from Karen:
I am very sorry about the rat and want to thank all four of you for your calm response! We have already filled in with plaster the access hole under the radiator. I do mention in the listing under - space- that this is a basement apartment. I definitely was not trying to hide this info. Sincerely, Karen

We were 5 people who stayed at Karen's place 4 nights (2 adults and 3 kids, we checked in advance that it's okay with her). Karen was very kind and responsive and the location is very good, but we had no internet connection during our whole stay (I had to work really needed it). …

Great location near many restaurants and bar. Subway is really close. The apartment is in the basement so it feels very private. Karen is very friendly and helpful. She provided us with information about the neighborhood and how to get to downtown from her house.
