The bedroom has a queen bed, a seating corner, a small fold-out sleeper for 1, a private bath, and a kitchenette (microwave, coffeemaker).

A 5-minute drive to downtown Ithaca and to Cornell University.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a larger house; the stairway is shared with the owners and other Airbnb guests.

It is ready for you to relax and enjoy everything Ithaca has to offer.

Guest access
You will receive a door code on the day of your check-in, and you can arrive at any time after 4 p.m.

If the ledge on the lock is horizontal, the door will lock automatically behind you for the outside. A vertical ledge keeps the door open.

Please note that you have your own unit, but the owner lives on the second floor.

Their space and the rest of the house are private.

I have been living in this location for 20 years and have been loving it! I am quite sure you will love it too. I love science, particularly physics and human development, tango dancing, sailing, history, bicycling, hiking, and camping. I bake my own bread and pizza, skills I learned thanks to German and Italian travels. I generally enjoy traveling and meeting people, which led me to join the Airbnb community.
