Gnomaste y'all! Welcome to our little piece of paradise! Located perfectly between Knoxville and Chattanooga this little cottage gives you access to everything the area has to offer. There is so much hiking, boating, fishing, etc nearby it is impossible to list it all. Enjoy the rural setting with gorgeous sunrises/sunsets along with the amazing night sky! All are welcome we can't wait to meet you!

The space
Within an hour you can be in Knoxville, Chattanooga, Tellico Plains, Ocoee etc. Within 1.5 hours you can be in the Smoky mountain national park or nearby in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg for any tourist activity you can imagine. Sweetwater itself is home to a beautiful downtown! We are minutes away from Watt's bar along with SO many outdoor activities! Just a lovely country setting to relax and recharge.

Bigfoot outfitters - Benton, TN AMAZING rafting center with great guides <3

Cup Runneth Over - Sweetwater, TN great coffee, wonderful owners, and such a nice setting

Iron Works Grille - Tellico Plains TN is a great little place to sit by the river, have some food, grab a drink, etc

Friendly falls food and stuff - Wears Valley TN is another great little roadside stop. Gem mining, drinks, snacks, amazing owners, and beautiful views <3

The cottage is located on our hobby farm in the rolling foothills of East TN. Wake up to the sounds of roosters crowing, goats greeting the day, peafowl calling to one another, and the occasional nearby donkey or cow. We do live on the property and you will likely hear kids and pups playing.

We are about 10-15 minutes from town. Please be prepared and know to either bring food ahead of time or know you will have to drive a few minutes to get to any restaurants. It would probably be a good idea to make sure the tank isn't on E before arrival as well. Our suggestion is to take the time you have hear to really enjoy the escape from the hustle and bustle that is "town life". Relax and unwind <3

We are open to as much or as little interaction as you prefer. We live on site but come and go frequently. You may see us hanging around or we might be out having an adventure (or just working). Regardless we are always available by phone or email.

Generally speaking we allow self check in and check out. If you would like us to greet you please let me know and I will do my best to make that possible.
