  • Prati di Roma was a perfect arrangement for our needs. The B&B itself is an apartment that has been transformed into a B&B, with a common kitchen where a simple breakfast is provided daily. The "Marghertie" room is spacious, hosts a very comfortable bed and has a balcony overlooking the street. The bathroom is just across the hall from the room - but we didn't mind at all.

This is a great option if you are looking to save money on accommodations. It's clean, safe and simple. Rino was very prompt and friendly and accommodating to our arrival/departure.

  • Rino was there when we arrived after having arranged transportation for us from FSO. Our room was clean and very pleasant with french doors that opened onto a small balcony that looked out on the street. Our only disappointment was that the private bath was not attached to the room but was accross the hall. It was just for us. There was a small kitchen that had a basket for us each morning plus many extras in the refrigerator. There were other guests but we hardly saw them or heard them. It was only a few blocks to the Vatican which we walked to both days. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone wanting a economical stay in Rome.

  • We would highly recommend this apartment, it was lovely and clean and spacious. Rino was the perfect host and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was close enough to walk to the Vatican ( just make sure you get there early...) we would love to come back sometime when it is cooler and not so busy. • Rino was a great host and the B&B was perfect. It was perfectly clean and cozy. Rino helped us arrange a car service to the airport that was less expensive than a taxi and recommended a great little restaurant across the street. It was a 12 Euro taxi ride from Roma Termini (train station) or could also be easily accessed by public transportation. Rino was very welcoming and we enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

  • Rino was a great host. We felt very comfortable from first moment and we immediately noticed his efforts. The apartment was very modern and we had plenty of space available. The location of the apartment was great because we could easily go on foot to the Vatican. We will recommend Rino as host and his house at all times to our friends and acquaintances.

Thank you for everything Rino and the fantastic time!

  • Rino and i Prati di Roma worked out great for our stay in Rome. The rooms are spacious and nice, and Rino was an excellent host, very flexible in allowing us to all arrive at different times and extremely responsive over email. The neighborhood is certainly not a tourist haven, which can be nice - looked like some interesting and authentic restaurants nearby, along with a great deli and wine store around the corner. Location is not the most convenient (particularly if you need to hail a cab if the metro is on strike - I would suggest calling ahead, as there aren't many on the street), but makes for a nice walk to the main tourist attractions, and isn't too far from the Vatican. Only thing that we would have liked, given we rented all three rooms, is a bit more common space.

  • Had a lovely stay at this B&B. Rino is very nice and accommodating, and the room was adorable and very clean.

Also, it's a quick walk from the metro station, and close to the Vatican and Old Bridge Gelateria.

  • Quite simply, we loved both Rino and his Bed and Breakfast. Rino is a great host, a gentleman and very helpful. The B & B is supplied with a variety of tour guides (in different languages!) and useful maps etc. The location is great -- a short walk to the Vatican complex or Piazza del Popolo -- all while being in a non-touristy local Rome neighborhood.

All in all, a fab stay and we'll be sure to stay here again when next in Rome. Bravo Rino!

  • Rino was a super kind host, and the apartment was so clean. We loved staying in this cozy place in a quiet neighborhood near a metro station. This was my first Airbnb experience, and it couldn't have been more perfect. Wi-fi worked great too. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Rome.
