Welcome to our spacious and comfortable holiday home near Aviemore in the Cairngorms National Park in the Scottish Highlands. We are located on the edge of the forest, at the far end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the scenic village of Carrbridge. With a cosy open fire, the house offers a warm welcome, and is the perfect base for exploring. Up to 2 dogs welcome for a small fee.

This is our home and not a 'party house' - please bear this in mind when booking. Thanks :-)

An inviting home from home with cosy open fire and eco friendly air source heat pump central heating. Laid out on the one level with plenty space for a large family or smaller groups. Carrbridge is a very friendly village with a well stocked Spar shop and Post Office, and the local pub serving great food. We also have two art and craft shops. There is a garage too, offering fuel, firewood and repairs. You’ll even find a mobile fish and chip van in the village car park most Friday evenings!
There is a wonderful network of paths through the woods, up the river and beyond – endless walking and family friendly off-road cycling from the door. The woods can be accessed directly off our road, just 150 metres from the house. Mountain bikers will love it! The village has its own golf course, pony trekking and the award winning Landmark Adventure Park offers a fabulous day out for the whole family. There is also an enchanting carving trail round the village. The local scenery and wildlife are exceptional. And a vast array of other activities and attractions are available further afield throughout the Cairngorms National Park - steam railway, historic buildings, hill walking for all abilities, fishing, zip wires, watersports, skiing, clay pigeon shooting and the world famous Speyside whisky trail to name only a few. Inverness and the Moray Coast are within easy reach.

I have loved the Cairngorms area all my life and now enjoy sharing it with our four children.
