Step into an incredible 4,000sqft penthouse in the tallest residential point in the city. Originally built in the 1930's this penthouse has been renovated and elevated while still keeping its incredible Art Deco charm. Extensive artwork collections, unobstructed views, and incredible interiors with large private terraces make this one of the most incredible and highly rated spaces in the entire region. The space
Welcome to The Gatsby Penthouse, This penthouse is also my personal residence when I am in St. Louis, we ask that guest treat it with the utmost respect and appreciate all the love and care that goes into maintaining an incredible piece of history like this.

The penthouse is comprised of two floors and takes up the entire top floor of the building that it's in. The original terrazzo staircase from 1931 has been restored and makes one of the most beautiful backdrops for pictures. When you exit off the elevator you come into a small entry vestibule with the front doors of the penthouse, behind those doors you enter into incredible staircase with over 20ft high ceilings as well as a wall of windows. The staircase takes you up into the main living area- This includes two full private terraces, and some of the most breathtaking views you could imagine.

Each bedroom is finished in true world class fashion. Premium linens, incredible beds, and pillows. This is not your average airbnb as this is our home when we are in St. Louis- no expense was spared anywhere on the property. We were in the coveted AirBNB Plus program and decided to leave that program in order to have more control over the guest experience. We take great pride in sharing our space and have met so many wonderful people from around the world.

Please note that the space is historic- the building controls are in our attic space and occasionally the building staff might need to access the attic in order to work on things. We will always notify you prior.

The Penthouse is located in the wonderful historic Midtown area- Next door to the Fox Theater, Powell Symphony Hall, The Angad, St. Francis Xavier College Church, SLU Campus, and so many other wonderful places. Located between Downtown & the historical Central West End. A quick 2-3 min Uber drive to either. World Class Restaurants, Entertainment, and ease of access to anywhere in the city. Less than 5 mins to Busch Stadium, Historic Soulard.
