This 3 bedroom house is located in a quiet, newly developed area. It is a brand new house with great furniture and comfy beds/sofa. The house used to be a model home so it has many upgrade features and is decorated with styles.

*This listing is for the whole house (except for garage). You will have the house for yourself and your family/friends. You wont have to share common areas with anyone else.*

*Please note that we do have No Party/No Smoking/No Pet policy.*

The space
There are king/queen size beds in each bedrooms. We also have a crib in one of our bedroom to accommodate guests with small children.

We have TV in living room, and small appliances in kitchen to assure your comfort during the stay. Guests also have access to washer and dryer in laundry room if needed. Clean towels and fresh beddings are guaranteed.

An alkaline water system was installed under the kitchen sink to ensure the quality of our guests' health during the stay.

Please note that even though we do not allow pets on the property, there are a few cats in the neighborhood that like to come and greet our guests. They are very friendly and safe. We fixed and vaccinated them. However, if someone in your group is allergic to cats, this might not be a good place.

Guests will have access to the whole house, except for garage.

Please note that our policies are: No pet, No party (no alcohol and no loud music), No smoking in the house. The place's max occupancy is 8 people. There are no more than 8 people in the house at any time. We reserve the right to ask you leave if the policies are not followed.

If you are found to violate our policy (cigarettes or weeds smell after check-out, exceeding our maximum capacity, having a party or pets), we have the right to charge $500 for extra cleaning and policy violation.

Please note that we have a camera in front of the door. the camera is outside and only looks at the porch and front door. This is just a precaution in case anything happens and to ensure your safety during the stay.

Bookings from people who live in Fresno area have to be at least 2 nights. We serve the right to cancel your reservation if we suspect there will be a party.
