We live on 10 acres and 4-5 of those are a beautiful spring-fed quarry. Guests can kayak, paddle boat, swim, fish, and simply relax on the beautiful deck.

In January 2020 we opened The Golf Simulator at the Quarry. Guests are able to book it by calling us directly. Special rates apply when staying in one of our Tiny Houses. Rent a fishing pole for $10/day.
Pickleball court is now available onsite. Paddles & balls can be rented $10/paddle & ball

The space
Because the space is small we ask that there only be a maximum of four guests. The first 2 guests are included in the price and guests 3 and 4 are $30 per person/per night. Should you have more than 4 people, the price goes up significantly to $60 per person/per night. We really encourage no more than 4 guests.

Guest access
You're welcome to use the kayaks and paddle boats. We ask that you please stay away from our other Airbnb property, Tiny Paradise, and its dock. Please DO NOT go past the deck as the holding tanks are back there. If you walk on them and they break you will be held responsible. Please do not climb rocks or get on neighbors' property. The shoreline along the west side between the dock and where the rocks jet out in the water in the corner is the best place to go. Regarding fishing: it’s catch and release. If you do want to fish you can rent a pole for $10/day. You're welcome to have guests visit you while you are staying in Oasis for the day. Day guests are $25 and can use paddle boats, kayaks, swim, etc. Because Oasis has holding tanks we ask that the day guest please use the port-a-potty on the back side of the golf simulator building. It is kind of hidden, next to the changing room. One of the cleanest port-a-potty you will find! Also, we own Quail Run Divers Quarry - which is a scuba business. You may see several scuba divers, especially on the weekends. However, they should know NOT to use the dock and are to stay on the north side of the orange cones.

Other things to note
No smoking in the house! Please be aware that we do host Scuba Divers (usually on the weekends). They stay to their selves for the most part and know not to pass the rope just north of the carport. They are NOT to enter the water off the dock either.

Check-out is at 11 A.M. unless arrangements have been made beforehand. You can check in early or out late for an extra fee depending on availability.
If you fail to return the house key there will be a $100 fee.
We do have security cameras on the property. NONE inside the house or even around Oasis. They are all on our house or garage and golf simulator.

Also, since the Quarry also hosts scuba divers there may be times where there could be a few or a lot of divers. They tend to keep to themselves and are underwater most of the time. There could be times that they are around the dock close to Oasis as there is a training platform there. If you ever feel you are being “crowded” let us know and we can go talk to the divers and have them move. You are our first priority and we want your stay to be a great one!!!
