Hello, we are the Costello's. We recently renovated our units, due to Hurricane Helene & Milton in 2024, we have 8 efficiencies with a mid-size fridge, microwave, toaster & regular coffee maker. Our goal is to keep it simple and clean. Our guests love the location! We are just a two-minute walk to the sugary sands of Clearwater Beach. We have a brand-new pickle ball court and playground on one side, a tennis court and public pool on the other!
