This is a brand new, newly constructed million dollar custom industrial chic backyard cottage with an attached sky deck, built in the historic Seattle neighborhood of Queen Anne. YES WE HAVE A/C. You are minutes away from South Lake Union, the Ship Terminal, and Amazon. Fremont and Ballard are less than one mile away. This home has all high end finishes, a loaded kitchen, A/C, private parking, and views for days. Queen Ann is one of the safest and most desired neighborhoods in Seattle.

The space
If you are in the tech industry, you are 3 miles away from Amazon, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and all of South Lake Union. If you have a connection to SPU, you are less than a mile away. Street fairs, food trucks, and amazing restaurants , bars and shops are right across the water in Ballard and Fremont. If you want to see fish thrown at the Pike Place Market, you are less than 4 miles away Two miles to the Space Needle, so yes you are right in the heart of everything Seattle!

Guest access
You have the whole house cottage and attached sky deck with a brand new gas grill. There are two designated parallel parking spots right in front of the cottage for your convenience. There is also A LOT of free parking right on the street. In Seattle this building is called a DADU (Detached Accessory Dwelling Unit). This unit is completely private from the main house with its own private entrance and parking. If you need to store some things in the garage during your stay, please just ask. The main house is not an Air B and B.

Other things to note
If you have a dog, dogs can’t be left behind to bark as we have great neighbors and we want to keep it that way. Please inquire if you desire to bring a pet. The neighborhood is also a great place to walk a dog. Because my cleaner charges more for our fury friends, its 100 dollars extra. Please reach out ahead of time so we can talk about your companion. Also if you need gear for your baby, please let me know.
