Fully furnished and beautiful, this generous 1-bedroom garden apartment has been recently gut renovated and is in pristine condition. It has central AC and the bathroom has radiant floor heat as well as a towel-warming radiator. The bedroom features a fireplace mantel with a chalkboard front, ready for your amazing artwork. The back door opens onto a nice, sunny garden; the front door opens onto 18th St, steps away from the subway and all the fun shops and restaurants on 5th Avenue.

Neighborhood highlights

The neighborhood is great. It is called South Slope by some, Green-Wood Heights by others. It is a lively area with lots to see and do. The house is between 4th and 5th Avenues; 5th Avenue has tons of restaurants and cute shops and the subway is on 4th Ave and 17th St. This is a great part of Brooklyn, close to Prospect Park, the Brooklyn Museum and Botanical Garden, with easy access to Manhattan.
