The apartment is located in the vicinity of ”Lake Ezu”, and is near a zoo, a botanical garden , and is an "East Area" popular with Kumamoto citizens.
There are convenience store, supermarket, family restaurant, drug store, public bath(Onsen）, coin laundry where you can go on foot, and it is convenient to make a life. There is also a free parking lot, and you can go to the downtown area of Kumamoto City, 2 large shopping centers and a movie theater by car for only 20min.
