My goal is to make your stay comfortable and hassle free. With a separate entrance to the apartment, you are able to come and go as you please. We do ask that you use common courtesy in regards to late night noise, as our neighbors are our friends, as we'd like to keep it that way :).
We are an active, health conscious family, and have a very strict no smoking policy. Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside or outside of our home.
We provide receptacles for garbage, recycling and compost and ask that you follow some simple guidelines in separating your trash. We will also provide you with some great guides/resources to local shops, restaurants, public transit and arts and entertainment. I'm available to answer any additional questions or address any issues that may arise during your stay. Other than that, we're looking forward to meeting you!
We really enjoyed our stay in this efficient clean studio plus. It is a great safe and quiet neighborhood and close by the Hawthorne Blvd. stores and restaurants.
Thank you for a great stay. We hope to do it again.
Everything was exactly as described. The apartment was clean and comfortable and in a great location. Dina was very kind when we spoke to her and gave us some good recommendations on what to check out in the area. Great experience and would definitely stay here again.
Dina's place is very comfortable and clean. The neighborhood is nice and close to many cool shops and restaurants. Dina was very easy to communicate with and flexible with our (late) arrival time.
Dina's place was great--just as she described it. And Dina was welcoming, gracious, and professional. The neighborhood was also beautiful and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again.
The key was waiting for us when we arrived. Everything is as pictured. Beautiful neighborhood with lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay in her lower level apt. We hope to visit again!
We recently had a wonderful (email hidden). Tabor home of Dina Gruenfeld. The accommodation's were as advertised. The location close to the Mt. Tabor park was an added bonus as I am a runner and the proximity to the park for early morning runs was awesome. Dina made sure we had everything we needed.... and thank you, Dina, for the coffee!! We will most certainly look to stay here again in the future.
Dina was very friendly & accommodating right from the start. When we arrived she also took some time to tell us about the area & places we should visit during our stay. After our first day exploring Portland we arrived later on that night & she actually left us some ground coffee hanging on our door so we would have coffee the next morning.

About the Host, Dina
I'm a creative professional and the mother of two fun-loving kids who has been living in Portland since 1995. After spending a decade in New York CIty, pursuing a film and video career, I was lured to this city by the natural beauty, lifestyle, arts & culture and the other like-minded folks who've made Portland their home.
My time is spent juggling the joys and demands of work, my kids, my dog and good friends. I'm a creative and inquisitive soul who loves art and culture, outdoor adventure, good conversation and great friends. I adore this great city and look forward to sharing my intimate knowledge of Portland with airbnb travelers.
