My goal is to make your stay comfortable and hassle free. With a separate entrance to the apartment, you are able to come and go as you please. We do ask that you use common courtesy in regards to late night noise, as our neighbors are our friends, as we'd like to keep it that way :).
We are an active, health conscious family, and have a very strict no smoking policy. Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside or outside of our home.
We provide receptacles for garbage, recycling and compost and ask that you follow some simple guidelines in separating your trash. We will also provide you with some great guides/resources to local shops, restaurants, public transit and arts and entertainment. I'm available to answer any additional questions or address any issues that may arise during your stay. Other than that, we're looking forward to meeting you!
Nicely setup apartment with easy access to get around town. Very clean and comfortable. It was 100+ degrees F outside and we were wonderfully cool in the apartment the entire stay!
Dina's basement studio was a great place to lay our heads after exploring Portland. It was very clean, open, and nicely decorated. The space even had everything we needed to make a meal, including a stove. There is a bus stop very close to the studio. We needed to make it to a reservation, and since the bus lines don't run that regularly we decided to just take a Lyft, which was very easy.
We have had a great time in Dina's apartment! The apartment is very nice, well furnished and clean. The neighbourhood is also very beautiful and Dina is a wonderful host. Thank you Dina! Manon and Steve, June 2015
Dina was fantastic and wonderfully accommodating! When we arrived she had guidebooks for Portland, coffee for the morning and was easily contacted if we had any questions. The apartment was located in a wonderful area of Portland and almost every day we would walk down to the dozens of shops, restaurants or breweries located in her neighborhood. Hopefully, we will be back soon and her place is still there!
Basement very well arranged for to stay a few days, it's cute and quiet area, two buses to go downtown or elsewhere quickly, Mount Tabor is very close. Dina is there if you need. I recommend, we spent a wonderful week in Portland.
Dina's place was great and there were so many awesome places nearby to eat which is my favorite part of going anywhere. I hardly felt the need to venture outside of Mt. Tabor neighborhood. This place was very clean and in a beautiful neighborhood. There was a little noise sometimes but nothing too serious. I would definitely stay here again.

About the Host, Dina
I'm a creative professional and the mother of two fun-loving kids who has been living in Portland since 1995. After spending a decade in New York CIty, pursuing a film and video career, I was lured to this city by the natural beauty, lifestyle, arts & culture and the other like-minded folks who've made Portland their home.
My time is spent juggling the joys and demands of work, my kids, my dog and good friends. I'm a creative and inquisitive soul who loves art and culture, outdoor adventure, good conversation and great friends. I adore this great city and look forward to sharing my intimate knowledge of Portland with airbnb travelers.
