A beautiful top-floor studio loft located in Inglewood, one of Calgary's oldest neighbourhoods. The unit features a brick wall, lots of natural light, a queen Casper mattress, linen sheets, an espresso machine, and is only a short walk to both rivers, amazing restaurants, cafés, and local breweries. As an added bonus, within the building at street level, there's an excellent wine shop!

The space
Two large south-facing windows highlight the loft space with sunlight throughout the entire day. At night, sleep on a very comfortable queen-sized Casper mattress covered with linen sheets.

Of course, there's Wifi — high speed 150 mbps. And though there is no television, a full bookcase and small selection of board games are here for you to enjoy. If you want to continue reading something beyond your stay, find a copy across the street at Fair's Fair.

Your parking stall is the one closest to the front entrance.

Where you’ll be

Calgary, Alberta, Canada

The building is right at the confluence of the Bow and Elbow Rivers and you can follow river pathways down both for a very nice walk.

There's a vibrant coffee culture here in Calgary. A few blocks east is Rosso, a café that's home to the twice awarded top barista in Canada. To the west along the river path, there's another good choice in Phil & Sebastian.

I live in Calgary with an itty bitty mini Aussie and a type-A girlfriend. As you might infer from my book collection, I read a fair bit, and I read widely. I've owned here for four years and am very excited to share it with others!
