Perfectly located in the vibrant downtown Des Moines! Everything is right outside your door-Farmer’s market, grocery store, restaurants, and bars! The unit is in a historic building with much charm and character! It is completely revamped with all new furniture and bedding! Quick access to interstates and major hospitals.

The space
Throughout the unit it is completely revamped with all new furniture, bedding, etc! It is about 1,000 sq ft!! It is stocked with plates, bowls, silverware, drinking glasses, kitchen utensils, pots & pans, snd more. There is also an added cooking cart in the kitchen area that can be moved around. A dinning table with seating is in the kitchen.

The living room has a modern sofa, chair and 55 inch smart tv where you can use your existing account for Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc. There is also wireless internet provided throughout.

The bedroom has exposed brick with a king- size bed, huge walk in closet with luggage racks. There is also a working desk and chair.

The bathroom has a shower with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, extra towels.

Guest access
You may use the apartment building’s lobby and laundry room which is also located on the main floor right off the elevator.

There is Wifi in the unit it is on the modem for the network and password

Right downtown Des Moines Iowa! Everything is within walking distance! You have Hyvee Grocery store just a fews steps when you walk outside, restaurants, bars etc.! Also starting May- October is the Farmer's Market right outside of our building on Saturdays!
